Prattle & Prose Reading Retreats – Terms & Conditions

 By purchasing a Prattle & Prose Reading Retreat package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 Package Inclusions:
All accommodations, meals, alcohol and activities are included as described on the retreat sales page at the time of purchase; however, specific details may be subject to change due to availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

 Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due at the time of booking.

 Cancellations & Refunds:

• 60+ Days Notice:
  If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, Prattle & Prose will make every reasonable effort to resell your package.

• If successfully resold, you’ll receive a refund for the amount paid, less a $250 processing fee.

• If not resold, you’ll receive 50% of the package value, less the $250 processing fee.

• Less Than 60 Days Notice:
  No transfers, reselling, or refunds will be permitted for cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date.

 Payment Plans:
Payment plan packages are non-refundable if payments are overdue by 7 or more days.
Prattle & Prose reserves the right to resell overdue-payment packages without issuing refunds.

 Retreat Changes:
The itinerary, accommodations, and other retreat details are subject to change due to weather, safety, availability or other factors beyond our control.

 Assumption of Risk:
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, including travel, health, and injury, and agree to hold Prattle & Prose harmless.

Media Release and Consent:

By attending a Prattle & Prose retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant permission for such images or recordings to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
